Based on print profile created by Aaronwake5896 on MakerWorld, this stand allows the Desk Standing Lamp to sit on any flat surface without any supports. Additionally, it gives the lamp another axis for even more freedom of movement.
This stand is designed to be filled with some kind of metal (i personally used cut metal sheets, but I am pretty confident you can use some pennies) and glue. This gives the lamp enough weight not to fall, and at the same time the size makes it feasible to leave the lamp on top of your desk. If your infill isn't enough, you can use double-sided taped to secure it in place.
For installation use M4 nut and a M4x20 screw highlighted in the official installation guide. Printed parts may need some sanding to fit properly.
