Iron Man MK110 Custom – First Design
This is my very first custom take on the Iron Man MK110 helmet, designed as a single-piece model for simplicity and style. It’s perfect for display right out of the printer, but if you scale it properly, it could even be worn as part of a cosplay setup.
The faceplate is attached in this design for a seamless look. If anyone decides to detach the faceplate, please let me know—I’d love to see how you customize it!
Currently, it’s printed in PLA+ with 3 wall loops and 10% Gyroid infill, but honestly, any slicer settings should work fine. Scaling and fitment are completely up to whoever uses it, so feel free to make it your own.
Whether you keep it as a display piece or turn it into wearable armor, this design is all about creativity and personal flair. With some post processing and elbow grease you can bring a dream to reality. Enjoy bringing your version of Iron Man to life!
