Just a plug to stop air escaping from the hole that lets the PTFE tube go from the runout sensor to the hot-end.
Regular PTFE travel path. If printed in TPU, you don't have to remove your PTFE tube to install it.
Forgive the shitty cover photo, the back of that printer is in near total darkness, and I don't want to bother moving it for a picture. lol
