Use at least 3–5 perimeters for better durability. I personally printed it in PETG with 5 perimeters, 90% rectilinear infill, and manual supports to support the main "hooking" part.
UPD: V2 has a 45-degree angle at the front of the hook. This results in better print quality without the need to use supports.
