Hasselblad V-system Diascope Back

The original design of the Hasselblad projection back can be connected to a Bowen mount video light as a light source. By utilizing the focusing effect of the Hasselblad focusing screen, a low-cost homemade projector can be achieved. If a condenser lens is added, the effect will be even better (with a measured brightness improvement of over 1EV)

Note:

1. In addition to printing, the following items need to be purchased separately from the BOM: one small spring (0.3mm*3mm*15mm), two M3*8mm flat-head screws, four M3*25mm flat-head screws, and one flat convex condenser lens (diameter 66.6mm).

2. It is recommended to use materials with temperature resistance such as PETG and above for printing, and the use of PETG-CF material is recommended. PLA material should be used with caution.

3. Except for the film clip slot, which requires vertical printing and support (the support range has been manually set in 3mf), no other parts require support. The support for the film clip slot's film-poking opening is manually added and needs to be cut off after printing is completed.

4. It is recommended to control the lighting power at around 30W (if using a 60W single-source LED, set the output to 50%-60%), otherwise the lamp may malfunction due to poor heat dissipation.

5. It is not recommended to project a single film for an extended period of time, as the film is highly susceptible to heat absorption and can develop wrinkles.

6. If your lamp is relatively large (with a protruding lamp head or a deep socket, you can choose to print with a deep socket adapter plate), otherwise, it is not necessary, which can save material and time.

7. If your lamp does not have a Baorong mouth, you can purchase a Baorong mouth adapter plate or design an adapter piece yourself. The connecting thread of the adapter cylinder is M100*2.

8. It is strongly recommended to use a condenser lens, but the effect is also good without it.

9. You can use commercially available 3mm film clamps, or the film clamps designed on my homepage.
