Someone gave me a PS360 DC voltage converter & control element from Joy-IT. However, this voltage converter comes without a case, the demanded fan and the power supply. So, I made a case to be able to use it more safely.
What to think BEFORE using the case
Please, for your safety, think about the following tasks before using the case.
First, you need to use the temperature sensor.
Second, insert the spare 10A fuse in the device.
Then, acknowledge about the unit is limited to 90°C. If your unit reach this temperature, let it cool down. Note that you may need a fan. The provided fan power by the unit is a 5V 0.2A. The fan is not provided. Currently, the case does not support any fan.
Finally, add the input cables: the screws and the connector will be not being accessible with the case, for safety reasons.
Future (if I have time)
Add a handler for the temperature sensor
Add a space for a proper plug (USB? barrel jack?)
Add a space for the fan (5v 0.2A)
