Captain America Shield – The First Avenger (Unpainted Variant)
This variant of Captain America’s shield is inspired by Captain America: The First Avenger and represents the shield in its raw, Wakandan form before the iconic colors and star were added.
It is an excellent choice for building your own Captain America costume, creating a display piece, or simply appreciating the early vibranium shield aesthetic.
The assembled shield has around 25-inch/ 63.5cm diameter, making it suitable for cosplay, prop use, or display.
To make printing more accessible on a wide range of printers, the shield has been split into 9 parts. Each part includes built-in connector pins to ensure proper alignment and simplify assembly after printing.
A full, uncut version of the shield is also included for users who prefer to create their own custom splits for custom printers.
