Nuka Cola Quantum Bottle Cap Yo-Yo, or just print the halves and trade them for goods. Details will get lost with a 0.4 mm nozzle but still come out looking pretty good. File is multi-part and MMU compatible.
It uses a 4mm x 20mm stainless steel shelf pin as the axle. These are the ones I used. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0D1VF3P4C I recommend a tiny drop of super glue in the axle hole then the pin, then the other half with glue as well. Print this one at 80% - 100% infill. Aim for about 50-60 grams total weight for two halves.
If yours doesn't want to come back up please add a drop of lube to the end of your string or some chapstick rubbed on it, or do a double wrap.
