Simple speaker wedges with a 10 degree angle. Platform is 165x160mm. The pictured PreSonus Eris E4.5 speakers Studio Monitors have feet on the four corners, so to save on infill I cut away the center. Very easy to print, I think it looks great in this Elegoo Matte Black PLA, 0.2 Balanced profile. 15% infill, could probably go lower.
Shapr3d file attached. It should be easy to change the angle, dimensions or fillet. Happy produce versions with different dimensions or angles, just leave a comment.
If I were to spend a bit more time, it'd be pretty easy to match the size, fillet and curvature of the front to the speaker for a flush look.
