I designed a replacement suitcase wheel for my IT luggage and am sharing the model for others who may encounter a similar issue.
During a recent flight, one wheel on my IT suitcase was lost. Due to the double-wheel configuration, the suitcase remained usable, allowing me to transport it home without further damage.
I searched existing online models for suitcase wheels but could not find a design that matched the original geometry. I reviewed and downloaded a similar model from

however, the dimensions and mounting details were not compatible with my suitcase.
The original wheel was measured using vernier calipers, including outer diameter, wheel width, bearing seat, and axle interface. Based on these measurements, I redesigned the wheel to match the original part. After two prototype iterations, the final version achieved a good fit and smooth rolling performance.
The wheel core was printed in ABS for structural strength, and the tire was printed in TPU 95A HF to provide wear resistance and vibration damping. Printing was performed on a Bambu Lab X1E.
