The file has two parts into which the lilygo T-SIM boards will fit. There are a variety of boards with different SIMCOM chips, but all the ones I have seem to fit ok. The parts then locates the board within a 40mm Floplast drainage pipe which is a compact and cheap way to make a waterproof housing.

The pieces hold the board off-centre in the pipe to accommodate the 18650 battery.

One end piece has a square hole to mount the GPS antenna and the other has various holes to mount 5mm LEDs, 12 mm waterproof buttons and 11mm USB power connectors

The end piece with the circular holes is glued inside the Floplast WS31 40mm ABS ACC. Plug (cost about £5 for 5) and, by using a WS08 coupler and some 40mm Floplast ABS pipe, along with another WS31 ACC. Plug, it is possible to make a pretty waterproof housing.

The Lilygo T-Sim boards are too long to fit in a housing just made from the Floplast plugs and a coupler- you will need to use some pipe so as to not insert the plugs to the full depth in the coupler whilst the pipe cement sets.

There are multiple holes in one end piece- these can be used or ignored depending on your use case. Just glue the printed part in the cap and, using the printed part as a guide, drill whichever holes you want to use through the lid.

I used all floplast ABS parts and pipe. The PVC pipe I have has thicker walls and a smaller internal diameter and the parts don't fit.

ONLY GLUE THE PIECE WITH THE MULTIPLE HOLES TO THE CAP. The other end needs to be free to rotate to enable the second end cap to be screwed on.

The PVC pipe cement I used joins ABS and PETG.
