Case to hold The FiiO M21 DAP in it's silicone sleeve. With a clip to hang on your waistband. You'll need to modify the clip if you want to use it with a larger belt.
Quality PLA should work fine 3 walls 15% infill. PETG might be even better as its a bit more flexible. ASA/ABS not recommenced as its too brittle for the button cutouts to hold up without cracking over time.
Print in orientation shown no supports. May need a brim on a bed slinger.
Added a better clip
2/5/26 Rebuilt the clip again. Pulled in the idea from @Accalia and changing this model to a derived work based on that. Clip is very tight fit.
UPDATED. 3/19/2026 --Added replacement TPU Sleeve. I used organic supports on the long button windows just to keep it looking clean. Same settings as above for the TPU. --The large external bevel on the bottom is just cosmetic. If you're having issues with that much overhang you can just square off the external part in something like TinkerCAD.
Slightly thicker than the factory silicon. So I also had to make a new clip case to hold it.
UPDATED Again 5/12/2026: Remade the TPU sleeve to be easier to print and refined. Again made a new clip case to fit the TPU sleeve. Found that the older Clip-case for TPU was perfect size for the Leather FiiO case so renamed and left it here for that.
