A case designed to hold a Lenovo USI Pen (a USI stylus). It has a funnel in the lid to protect the tip of the pen.

This is a case designed to hold a Lenovo USI Pen.
It has a funnel in the lid to protect the tip of the pen.
I have included the FreeCAD (Link Branch) file if you'd like to make a remix.
Some post-processing is required as described in the section below.
Print Settings
Make sure to print the lid upside down.
Post-Printing Requirements
- Drill a small hole near the bottom of the overlap section of the base piece, to allow air to escape while putting on the lid
- Sand down the outside of the overlap section of the base piece a little until the lid slides on with the desired amount of friction
- Sand a 45° chamfer into the top of the lid and bottom of the base to remove any sharp edges or elephant footing
- Cut a small piece of felt or corrugated cardboard and slip it down into the bottom of the base piece to act as a cushion
