My version is designed to use the same hardware and filters as Foppemoa's design, but assembles differently. To assemble, press the "Blower Exhaust Grille" into the "Blower Mount", then screw the blower fan into the Blower Mount (It'll be a tight fit). The Blower Mount then nests over the "Filter Body" so that the screw holes all line up. See the engraved text on the two parts for orientation hints. Insert the 30mm screws through all four holes and attach to the printer. If you want, there is enough space on the front surface of the filter body to place foam strips to seal against the Core One's shell.
For the filter cartridge, press the HEPA filter into the slot in the front, it should fit snugly. I recommend inserting a thin sheet of generic filter material against both front and back grilles to contain the activated carbon pellets and dust. You can then screw on the "Filter Cartridge Lid" with two of the "Filter Cartridge Lid Screw" which should prevent the carbon from falling out. Apply adhesive foam strips (6x3mm) into the slots in the cartridge. The cartridge can then be inserted into the top of the main unit. Some force will be required (this is intentional).
