I made this simple teepee to prevent your windshield wiper blades from freezing to your windshield without standing your wiper up vertically. I've always hated the idea of standing your windshield wipers up vertically when it snows, I just don't like the idea of them potentially being knocked down into my windshield and cracking it. I know that's very unlikely to happen but this simple piece makes that possibility zero.
Just remember to take them off and throw them back in your glove box before driving off to wherever you are going!!
Printed in TPU with the below settings:
- 10% Infill
- 2 Perimeters/Walls
- 2 Top/Bottom Layers
I've provided the original Solidworks files so any fellow solidworks users can edit the base file if they need to make any changes, STEP is provided for Non-Solidworks CAD'ers and STL for those that just want to print and use it.
