Not done, but i dont think i would be able to finish this.
Hinges use 1mm OD metal rods, paperclips work quite nice for that purpose.
To install the sidepanel with a 2g servo:
1. Attach the horn to the sidepanel with a U-shaped bracket
2. Insert the servo into the shaft receptacle on the horn
3. Insert the servo into the bottom panel and attach it with a screw
Headphone band clip is made for Tofty Headphones 4 with the Beyerdynamic metal head bow.
There is some basic code on codeberg, if someone wants to write some DSP code or has a better idea on how to do this, you are welcome to open mr and/or fork.

MCU board uses 2x AMS11117 3.3v voltage regulators for powering the 2g servos (one regulator per ear, as otherwise the servos pull more power than the regulator can handle). 9g servo is powered directly from USB 5V bus.
