The rack folds flat for compact storage and can be resized by adding or removing steps.

📏 Dimensions & Spacing

• Each step width: 40 mm

• Spacing between steps: 40 mm

This spacing allows good airflow while securely supporting plates, cups, and utensils.

🧱 Rigid Parts (PETG)

For each step module, print:

• 2× Half Step

• 3× Step Pin

Example:

For 6 steps, print:

• 12× Half Step

• 18× Step Pin

🧩 TPU Parts (Flexible Connectors)

Required TPU parts per rack:

• 2× End Inner Sleeve

• 2× Start Outer Sleeve

• 2× Last Step Connector

• (2N − 4)× Steps Connector

Where N = number of steps

Example for 6 steps:

• 2× End Inner Sleeve

• 2× Start Outer Sleeve

• 2× Last Step Connector

• 8× Steps Connector

🛠 Assembly Instructions

1. Snap two Half Steps together to form one full step

2. Insert Step Pins to lock each step

3. Connect steps using TPU connectors

4. Attach TPU sleeves at both ends

5. Add or remove steps to adjust rack width

. Glue can help for permanent connection

🖨 Printing Recommendations

• Rigid parts: PETG

• Flexible parts: TPU

• Nozzle: 0.4 mm

• Layer height: 0.2 mm up to 0.28mm

• Infill: 10%,  Pins infill 100%

• Supports: Not required
