This is a pair of IO shields for the IN-WIN IW-RF100S-S265 1U Short Depth Mini-ITX Rackmount Server Chassis.  Both a blank one and a plate with cutouts for a N150 NAS/Router board "10G 2*i226-V 2.5G 3LAN NAS Motherboard" as seen on Amazon,Ebay,Ali Express.  Photo of the actual board in in the images below.

This mounts from inside the case and pushes in tightly. I recommend using spacer washers on the motherboard that are about 0.2mm thick.   if printed in PLA/ABS it's not RF tight, you can get ESD filaments if you want it to be RF tight.
