We had a set of these headphones where the clip was broken and the cup was constantly falling out. This was the fix. When installing these onto your headphones, be mindful that both attachment points are directional. The tube that the metal arm goes into must be rotated correctly to allow insertion of the metal tab. The part that clips to the plastic on the cup must likewise be rotated to slot in the narrow side, before rotating to allow the cup to sit normally.
We used PETG at .15 speed in the PrusaSlicer. I recommend laying it on its side and using supports, though you could try printing with the clip upright - I just did not test if it could handle the angle.
