Ender 3 V3 SE electronics enclosure

I wanted to make the printer quieter and move the electronics outside the enclosure. But to my surprise, I couldn't find such models for it.

I mostly found versions for the Ender 2...

I wanted to make something similar. To my surprise, I had to redesign everything. Essentially, I only took the idea (the form) from that model. And now I can't figure out if this is a remix or not.

I want to note that this is my first project, but quite successful. And I thought for a long time whether to publish it or not.

I might update the file later, but I'm providing it as is. Unfortunately, I didn't count the number of screws and bolts, as I used whatever I had at home.

I want to pay special attention to the selection of screws. In my opinion, the most dangerous part is screwing a bolt into the power supply board, potentially breaking it.

At the moment, if you do everything as I described, you can place the enclosure about 30 cm away from the printer (measured by the shortest cable—the heated bed cable, which can also be extended if needed).

All models that need to be printed fit on the build plate (220x220).

What you need to purchase:

• 120x120 fan (for computer case)

(PS: The step-down power module is used for the fan, and you can also power LED lighting from it.)

Start the assembly with the display, because it will be hard to reach later.

Also, I think you can easily fit a Raspberry Pi inside. And run the USB cable internally.

But that's not relevant for me, as my Raspberry Pi is a separate unit with NAS storage.

Мне захотелось сделать принтер тише и вынести электронику за бокс. Но к своему удивлению не нашел таких моделей.
В основном находил для ender версии 2... 

Мне захотелось сделать что то подобное. На мое удивление мне пришлось переделать все. И по сути я взял из этой модели только идею(форму). И пока не могу разобраться ремикс или это или нет.

Хочу заметить это мой первый проект, но вполне удачный. Да и вообще я долго думал выкладывать его или нет.

Возможно буду дополнять файл, но предоставляю его как есть. К сожалению не считал количество винтов и саморезов, так как закручивал что есть дома.

Особое хочу уделить подбору винтов, но на мой взгляд самое опасное вкрутить винт в плату блока питания, тем самым поломав его.

на текущий момент если все сделать как я описал можно вынести бокс на примерно 30 см от принтера (измерил по самому короткому кабелю - подогрев стола, его тоже можно удлинить)))

• Вентилятор для корпуса компьютера 120x120

(PS понижающий модуль питания используется для кулера, так же от него можно запитать подсветку(led))

Сборку нужно начинать с дисплея, так как потом дотянуться до него будет трудно.

Также внутри думаю можно спокойно разместить RP. И USB протянуть внутри.

Но для меня не актуально, RP у меня отдельно стоящий с NAS хранилищем.
