The original was too easy for me to knock loose. Extending the contact surface up prevents it from coming unhooked.

In my short experience with Sy's Peglock System, I have found that things that don't have a contact surface high enough above the hook attachment can be knocked loose if rotated up. Extending that area a bit prevents it from rotating enough to come unhooked.
Update - 27 Oct 2026: scale was off by 10x too big so re-uploaded the stl.
