This is supposed to replace the included 3 in 1 filter in the QIDI Q2. The stock filter is really restrictive and is not sealed against the walls very well, so basically nothing goes through the filter, and the fan doesn't do much. This filled with charcoal pellets is less restrictive than the stock filter, but I highly recommend doing the following 120mm fan replacement:

With a cheap WINSINN fan from Amazon and some foam weatherproofing strips, this pulls much more air through the filter. It also makes keeping the chamber temperature low with the door closed much easier. I tested by turning the build plate to 90C and turning the fan to 100%, and it stabilized around 29-30C after about 4 hours. This is with the vents in the riser open, but the door and top glass closed. Its much quieter, and anecdotally I can't smell the sweet PLA smell or any chemical smell with PETG.
If you print a lot of ABS, this is definitely not enough, but it seems much better for VOCs compared to the stock fan-filter setup. Huge shoutout to Little Apollo for the fan mod, it is much more impressive than this.
Print Settings:
Print out to at least PETG, if you print a lot of hot materials maybe use PET-CF. Its not load bearing, so 2 walls and 5% infill is fine, though depending on your top layers there may not be any infill at all.
