This jig holds two pieces of wood at a perfect 90-degree angle to ensure tight, square corners while the glue dries. It provides stable clamping surfaces that prevent the boards from sliding out of alignment during a miter joint assembly. The jig requires only one clamp.
This jig is based on the design from the Housecalls woodworking channel on Youtube. This jig was incredibly helpful while I was building my very first woodworking project, so I decided to upload it here for others to use.

Note: The dimensions are pulled directly from the original video's wood version. They are quite large (6 in x 6 in), so feel free to scale the model down in your slicer to fit your specific needs.
