I modified this popular design in 2012 for a friend who wanted this owl-shaped headphone wrapper but did not want a large rectangular hole in the middle like the original had.
The original file has since disappeared from Thingiverse, and I am unable to link to it. If you are the original designer or have a link to the original, I will be happy to list it here.
I have confirmed this wrapper works with these headphones but should fit many other corded earbuds as well:

I have only tested this model using the default 0.20mm Linear Advance preset in Prusa Slic3r 2.2.0 with the following amendments made.
- 3-perimeters
- 4-top layers
- 3-bottom layers
- 20% infill
- Cubic Infill
- Monotonic Top and Bottom Pattern
