Fossa Chocolate Basket

This is a custom-designed storage and presentation basket for Fossa Chocolate retail bars, intended for countertop display, pantry organization, or gifting scenarios where multiple boxed bars should be kept neatly together and easily accessible.

The design is open-top by intent — this is not a lidded container. It functions as a rigid basket or tray, allowing the contents to be seen and selected without removing a cover. A subtle Fossa Chocolate logo is discretely embossed into the interior base of the basket, adding a refined branding detail without affecting usability.

• Optimized for standard Fossa Chocolate retail boxes

• Comfortably holds up to 15 bars

• 16 bars may fit, but this is tight and not recommended for everyday use or presentation

• Flat base, print-ready orientation

• Rounded internal corners to protect cardboard packaging

• Clean interior surfaces for easy loading and removal

• Discreet embossed logo integrated into the interior floor

Printing notes

• Designed for FDM printing

• PLA or PETG recommended

• No supports required when printed as oriented

• Brim optional depending on bed adhesion

• Infill and layer height can be tuned based on aesthetic preference vs. rigidity

• Pictured print is done using Sunlu Multi-color SILK PLA (Red/Orange)

The model was designed in FreeCAD and exported as a 3MF to preserve scale, units, and geometry fidelity.
