An extended and stronger version of the stock Ender 5 Max spool holder, made to fit 3KG spools (~106mm width).

Designed this spool holder to mount to the factory location and support 3kg spools. I made the walls thicker for the heavier spool + longer lever arm, and included a core that can be printed sideways and pressed into the holder for additional strength. You could also add a solid cylinder to the spool holder core in your slicer. Included a model of the locking retaining ring too.
Tested on my Ender 5 Max and works well.
I wouldn't try modifying this for a 5KG roll, as the sheet metal mount point is a little bit flimsy and the locking retainer also might not hold up.
I printed this with 0.16mm layers on a 0.4mm nozzle with organic supports, 100% fill.
There's a slight pitch to the locking slots on the spool holder that tightens it to to the mount as the retaining ring is twisted. These printed fine for me, and worked well after cleaning up with a razor blade.
