3.5-inch hexagonal biscuit cutter model designed for efficient layout and minimal waste. The hex shape nests tightly so you can place cuts edge-to-edge, reducing scraps and the need to re-roll dough. This is a 3D-print-friendly design with a comfortable top handle and simple pull-away supports for an easy print and cleanup.
The cutting edge is tapered to help separate dough cleanly, but it is not razor-sharp like metal cutters. Best results are with soft dough. The cutter is 1 inch deep and can be pressed deeper when needed depending on your dough and print strength. You can also try it on sandwiches or softer foods, but expect some compression or mashing versus a sharp metal cutter.
For food contact, print with a food-safe filament and follow your preferred cleaning and hygiene practices.
