This is a 2U 10 inch rack mount for assorted Spectrum modems. I don't have an exhaustive list of every model that it will fit, however if you modem has this shaped housing it will likely fit.
Printing
This model requires a minimum of 254mm, and is designed to be printed faceplate down, no supports. I printed mine is regular PETG, 25% infill 4 walls, so that's what I would suggest as mine works perfectly.
Assembly
No assembly is required it prints as a single unit and the modem simply clicks into place.
