Make sure you know how to remove the AC unit cover, this will differ per brand/model.
The model has several clips, which have been put there based on the AC in our house. Simply remove the clips that will not slide on, as the position on the AC cover will determine which clips will work and which will not.
After removing the clips, align the button on the motion sensor with the little pinhole, as the pinhole will allow you to press the button when the sensor is fully pressed into the mount.
After this, put the AC cover back.
