The Book file should be printed with a brim in the orientation the file comes in. Supports are not required, but it may turn out better with them. The Pages file does not need supports or brim.
This only looks like a book, it does not open like one. The card deck is placed into the hole in the center of the pages. The pages are then slid into the slot in the book.
