Recently, I've been making quite a few bagels. Many recipes have a cold-proofing step, which you do after forming the bagels into rings, which develops flavor and lets the bagels slowly increase in size. I don't have multiple free shelves in my fridge, and wasn't happy with my temporary solution of using plastic cups on top of the bottom rack to support a top rack, so I designed this.
Print out two sets of the included files. You can either glue them together, or use a M3x5 countersunk bolt - there's a 4mm hole in the main parts to allow for the installation a small threaded insert. This is definitely overkill - you should probably just glue it together. The files should fit on a standard 235x235 printer bed:

These supports are designed to hold the two trays 8 cm apart, and will work for most sheet trays which have a lip around the edges (others may work, but might be less secure). The "foot" on the bottom is held down by the bottom sheet tray to keep the whole assembly more stable.
I've attached the Fusion file so you can edit it to better fit your sheet trays if you'd like.
