I bought a cheap ebike. It was an unknown brand, so probably some rebranded chinese ebike. Anyway, the problem was that it was slightly too small for me and I wanted a longer shock absorber. I therefore made this to see if a longer shock absorber would fit.
Although I printed this in Carbon fibre reinforced PA6 (Nylon), it is impossible to predict its strength. The print temperature is quite high (280C). Remember that it is impossible to know how strong the part is, so never try to use it. It is meant to visually decide what length your (new) shock absorber should be. Only ride your bike or e-bike with tested and approved shock absorbers.
