Screw-in cover for a MF135. This isn't really a safety element, rather it keeps junk away from the PTO seal when you're not using it.
In theory this could fit other mpdels with a similar length PTO shaft, including most 100 seroes, 200 series, and maybe a few earlier models. Anything with 2-1/4" 14TPI internal thread.
