Corrected version: Thanks to my wandering attention, I'd listed the multiplier for the 2nd/3rd band as 1 TΩ rather than 1 GΩ. In the real world of hobbyist electronics, I imagine that was not such a dangerous blunder, but it's now fixed in the relevant files.

I've printed it on a Prusa CORE One+ with MMU3 using mainly Prusament PLA and a 0.4 mm nozzle. I used ironing to smooth the top surface.
In Prusa Slicer, import the Card STL and add the other 4 STLs to it as parts.
