Modular Parametric Under-Desk Drawers

The model allows you to set the internal drawer dimensions directly in Onshape, so you can print exactly the size you need—no compromises and no manual STL editing.

Individual modules can be connected into assemblies of 2–N units, creating a compact and clean storage system under a desk, workbench, or any other flat surface.

The design includes a locking pin that prevents the drawer from being pulled completely out—simple, robust, and very practical for daily use.

• Perimeters (walls):
  👉 3 or more perimeters (recommended)

• Infill:
  👉 Minimum 20%
  👉 Recommended 30–50%
  👉 Maximum ~80% (higher brings little benefit)

• Layer height: 0.16–0.28 mm

• Supports: minimal

• Material:

  • PLA – easy to print

  • PETG – higher strength and durability (recommended)

🧩 Assembly Instructions

1 Module Connection

Connect individual modules into the desired assembly (2–N units).

2 Insert Drawers & Locking Pin

• Slide the drawers into the modules

• Insert the locking pin, which prevents the drawer from being pulled out completely

3 Mounting Under the Desk

• Attach the completed assembly to the underside of a desk, workbench, or any flat surface

• Use Ø 3 mm screws, minimum length 10 mm

• Mounting holes are integrated into each module
