Replacement spool pin cap designed for Bernette Sew&Go sewing machines.
This cap keeps the thread spool securely in place on the horizontal spool pin and helps ensure smooth, even thread feeding while sewing.
I modeled this part to match the original geometry and fit snugly on the factory spool pin. It’s a simple, durable replacement for lost or damaged caps.

Printing Recommendations

Layer height: 0.2 mm (or finer for smoother finish)
Infill: 20–40%
Perimeters: 3+ recommended for durability
Print orientation: Flat side down on the build plate

For best durability and slight flexibility, PETG is recommended.

If your printer is slightly over/under-extruding, you may need to scale by ±1–2% for a perfect fit.
