This is square modeled after the woodpeckers 642. This is nowhere near the quality of the woodpeckers however it should work fine. Glue is required for assembly. Make sure the 2 block pieces are aligned correctly when gluing as there is a small amount of play before gluing. I found gluing both pieces and pressing whole assembly onto a flat surface as shown in photo below to align the 2 blocks and the ruler works well.
I printed this on a smooth plate so numbers and lines show clearly on both sides. Not sure how a textured plate would work. Squareness is not gaurenteed however it should be fairly close depending on printer and assembly. If you like this model I'd suggest considering purchasing the offical woodpeckers 642 as it is a high quality square and also includes scribe notches.
Also the sides with the lines may be a little rough. Thats unavoidable with this model.
