COOKIE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
100 g butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix the butter and sugar until smooth.
Add the egg and mix well.
Add the flour and baking powder gradually until a smooth dough forms.
Roll out the dough and cut using the cookie cutter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10–15 minutes or until lightly golden.
Let cool before decorating.
