Here are a few mounts I created for Jaspers keyboard stands.

Included:

  • Behringer producer series (Crave, Grind, Spice, Edge)

  • Behringer Proton (likely also Neutron but I don't have one)

  • 2 HU Rack mount

  • Elektron Digitakt (likely also Digitone but I don't have one)

Only the proton mounts have a right and a left part, all the others require two of the same holders. You always need the holder and a clamp. Except for the Digitakt, the holders are intended for a stationary setup. Only the Digitakt can be taken out, all the other devices would require disassembly to be usable on a table. For the Proton, two of the rubber feet need to be removed.

Additional material required:

  • self adhesive felt and/or 1mm self adhesive rubber

  • M5 nuts

  • M5 35 bolts (button head or similar, 40mm or 30mm might also work, there is a bit of space)

  • M6 rack bolts for the rack mount

To avoid scratches and to keep the devices tight, the parts clamping to the stand are expected to be padded with felt or self adhesive rubber strips. 1mm thickness should work. Without it, the devices will be moving around. Also I recommend padding the electron mount with felt on the sides. This is even more recommended, the harder your print mateirial is (PLA for example).

For the synths, remove the wooden side panels and replace with the printed parts. The bolt holes can be a bit tight which is intentional to avoid any slack. The M3 bolts used in the producer series are a bit weak, potentially replace with better quality hex alternatives. The clamps are designed to be under the synth so add the hex nuts before attaching the panels to the synths. I found that sometimes it was easier to first attach the mounts to the pipes of the stand and then insert the synths as you still have access to the nuts to guide them a bit should the bolt not find the threads of the nut due to slight misalignment.

The rack mount expects M6 bolts directly screwed into the plastic. The threads are modelled. Obviously it's not suitable for super heavy equipment. The devices rest slightly above the stand pipes when installed (again to avoid scratches). Add some of the felt or rubber to the bottom of the lower deviceto let them rest on the pipe to reduce strain if needed.

Hope this is enough of a description to make it work for you. Have fun.
