I created this adapter to solve the problem which could leads to expensive rear dropouts damage of your carbon bike frame. When you are using Wahoo Kickr Climb with your Kickr trainer and original metal rear thru axle adapter supplied with the trainer there is a problem with high friction between adapter and the trainer. This causes the rotation of the frame in the trainer instead of rotation of the adapter with the frame. In this situation metal teeths in the adapter are biting into the dropout which obliviously cause carbon fiber damage. This simple adapter solved this issue due to lower friction of the plastic.
Just print it with standard setting and 100% of the filling. Material that I used is PCCF but classic PETG is fine too.
Already tested it myself for about 3 months and it works great. No marks on my Sworks carbon frame since then. You can add a little bit of grease inside to make it rotating even with lower force applied.
