The bench press model is printed in three parts: the holders, the main structure, and the yellow connecting piece. In Fusion, you can adjust the dimensions of the weight plates to make them larger or smaller, depending on your preference this allows you to represent different amounts of weight. The purpose of this design is to help track your personal records (PRs) for exercises like the bench press.For assembly, insert the small rod between the two vertical poles that hold up the main bar.For printing, use the provided files. A separate file is included for the plates because the lettering was not showing properly in the original version.
