Taking inspiration from ice987's 3-way splitter, I created one using Jack's Quick Connect technology.
I had to split it into 2 parts to simplify the printing, but added 3 holes where you could insert pieces of filament (approx. 10mm long) to help with alignment, and then glue with CA glue.
You can print it in PLA or PETG.
The GCODE file is just for reference.
