Showing my passion of all things Fallout 4, I designed and made this super cool shelf-top display. It features the main logo, a vault-tec logo, the classic "war never changes" tag line, and a hidden Brotherhood of Steel logo in the rear face.
Finished size: 199mm W x 46.5mm D x 99.5mm H
The version shown in the pictures was printed in Protopasta iron-fill PLA, rusted using their instructions, and painted using basic white acrylic paint. The weathered look was a lot of fun and looks absolutely legitimate like it was straight out of the game.
However, any colour PLA will work as well.

If you intend on following the rusting method, I highly recommend using an art fixative spray on the rusted parts once finished. The bare rust finish gradually continues and slowly flakes and falls, and using an artwork fixative spray (used for charcoal or pencil art) seems to hold onto the surface without leaving a wet or discoloured look that clear sealants do (such as clear spray coats for paint).
Construction
The display has been broken up into all individual elements for ease of printing in different colours/materials. And for aging and painting before assembly.
Letters and border are to be glued to the front plate.
The base elements can be glued or screwed together (with M3 bolts or equivalent timber screws)
The front and rear plates can be glued or screwed together (with M3 bolts or equivalent timber screws). I have scrounged some odd self-tapping screws, rusted them using the same method and fastened them in.
