Puffco Pivot silent box. Varioshore lined.

The silent box for Puffco Pivot, titanium tool edition. The modern version of the silk lined sigar case.

It is print in place. I printed all these boxes in July 25, the box that contains my Pivot in the Reddit video, have been in use since then as well as others. They are very durable when printed correctly. The maximum height of the jars are as the with of the Pivot, max diameter of jars are 42mm

This is something very special ONLY for those with a toolchanger or nozzle changing 3d-printer capable of combining PETG and Varioshore. Enclosure also needed. This spesifikk model is made for 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layers (layer height is non negotiable). Part named "skum" is the foam, and are 0 walls and 0 top perimiters 15% gyroid. Minimum 8 bottom layers in all the lid parts to ensure "tpu lokk inner" is printing Varioshore everywhere inside the lid...  And no, you are not allowed to print this with normal TPU, even tho i have used the words in the file. Only PETG and Varioshore. 

In the 3mf file there are many bodies, making it easy to select correct material for the hard case and the different colours of the soft liner both inside and out.

To make the PETG stick on varioshore I used this g-code in machine settings int the slicer:

To add Hilbert curve in the slicer use the right click "add modifier-SVG" and make sure it only modifies the first layer
