This cock ring is designed to adapt a strap-on harness to wear with a penis, preventing the straps around the dildo ring from pinching your skin. The inner ring is sized to snap into a 2.5" diameter outer ring. It's fine in plastic, but for additional comfort and durability, I cast the inner ring in silicone and fit it into a metal ring.
