Perfect fit for your 5ml bottle of Loctite. Use a 4mm countersunk screw, which can be tightened through one of the hex holes on the front.
There's a 2mm hole in the back where you can use a tiny nail to prevent rotation if you want to be extra secure (see photos) but you probably don't need it.
