This model was created specifically for reliable printing on common FDM printers — no supports required and minimal tuning needed. The geometry avoids sharp internal corners and uses gentle fillets so TPU prints cleanly without blobs or weak seams.

You only need to edit a few parameters and export a new STL.

Material: TPU (recommended)
Layer Height: 0.20 mm
Walls / Perimeters: 3–4 walls (important for strength)
Top/Bottom Layers: 4–6
Supports: None
Speed (TPU):
Outer wall: 20–30 mm/s
Inner wall: 30–40 mm/s
Travel: 120–160 mm/s
Fit & Tolerance
The case is designed with practical tolerances for real printers, but TPU varies between brands.
If the fit is too tight or loose: → Adjust the tolerance parameter in the OpenSCAD file and re-export.
