Knobs are preferrably printed with higher infill and 4-6 walls. After printed i usually drill out the hole with the same mm drillbit as the M-value of the bolt 4mm for m4, 5mm for m5 and so on.
If printed, the outer faces can be printed with fuzzy skin (0,3 / 0,3) for a more estetic appearance and softer feel.
Bolt is then pressfited into the knob.
