I designed this screwdriver for a friend who lost the one supplied with the toy firetruck on the pictures.
It is printed in two parts that are snapped together. Depending on your printers tolerances and filament choice, this might need a lot of force, or a drop of glue to hold together. With a handle in PLA and a blade in either PLA or PC I had no issues assembling the screwdriver, and it does not fall apart. Try not to pull the blade out by force, as the clips are directional and this will weaken or even break them.
The blade needs to be printed flat (widest surface facing the bed), with supports enabled. Only a tiny bit of supports should be generated just for the front prongs of the blade, while everything else prints without. I would suggest a high wall count and a robust, torsion-resistant filament.
The handle should be printed standing upright (as in the file) with the hole facing the bed. No supports are needed.
