Rigid

27 April 2026: New!

I strongly recommend using the flex model over the rigid model, because the rigid is not going to be as gentle on your controller, however two people asked for it so I've added it.

To use this, you MUST ADD PUTTY to the recess where R1 and R2 buttons are. Add a round ball of putty and the controller will press it into shape. There is a small notch that holds the controller in place and you should hear a click when the controller is in place. This notch might scratch /damage your controller over time.

Flex

27 April 2026: Update! I noticed that over time, the R2 (throttle) presser gets a bit weaker and sometimes doesn't full depress. I added some more structure to it. If you've already printed, you can just stuff something like putty inside the pocket to make it stronger.

FLEX model must be PRINTED IN FLEX (TPU95) ONLY.

For use with the fairly well known Honda Beat vs Tomahawks at Daytona Tri-Oval credit grind method in Gran Turismo 7 (see numerous youtube videos for details).

Set your controller to motion sense steering, use R2 for accelerator and R1 for Nitrous/Boost, insert the controller and go. I built this because I was using tape on my buttons and it was leaving sticky residue.

I've only tested it on my own controller so YMMV. I can tweak it if people have feedback. After you start the race, you should confirm that the throttle and nitro are both engaged.

You must use TPU95 or similar because it is designed to deform against the buttons. I do have a version of this for hard plastic with recesses for the buttons, but you need to add putty like blutac to push the buttons. If someone is interested I can upload that.
